Fun Facts

I am a major extrovert and love to get to know new people and push myself out of my comfort zone. I'm very into fitness and spend a lot of my free time working out, going to yoga, and meal prepping for my fiancé and I! I like to fuel my body with nutritious foods to help me thrive. I also LOVE to travel and will definitely have a vacation house on the beach in the foreseeable future.

About Me

I attended Texas A&M University, class of 2017, Gig 'Em! My time at A&M helped prepare to be a very successful elementary teacher these past few years. I am working on a new business endeavor but my passion for children is still on fire. I want to continue to work with kids, even as I pivot careers.

Experience

I have taught kindergarten, second grade, and third grade. I have to say kindergarten was my favorite. I also have tutored children all throughout my time as a teacher and even started my own tutoring business. I love watching children grow and develop new skills.

Approach

Children are more self aware than adults tend to realize. I like to help them by finding their confidence within to help build down their walls and realize how capable each of them are. I have always first worked on the child trusting me and building a relationship with the child. I have found, the results will come if the child feels I am in their corner and truly believe in them.
