About Me

I am a graduating senior at Princeton University. For the next two years, I will be working as a research assistant at a hospital, but I am eager to also continue my passion for education and tutor when I can!

Experience

I have tutoring experience going back all the way to high school where I tutored my peers in chemistry and math. I also have worked one-on-one with underprivileged children to create lessons focusing on improving their respective subject skills. As a college consultant, I have also worked with individuals applying to college to brainstorm and/or improve their essays! With a diverse teaching background, I am confident that I will be a valuable asset to the team.

Approach

While having knowledge of a subject is important, I believe that self confidence is what ultimately drives students to apply this knowledge. As a student, I was always one to second-guess myself. But I've learned that it's better to try than never to try at all. My approach for students is to have trust in themselves when it comes to education. I encourage them to take the leap of faith within themselves, because even if they "fail," they'll learning something new!
