I love reading! If I'm not studying odds are I'm going to have my nose in a book. I am the youngest of 2 and have never lived outside of Utah.
About Me
I am a freshman Chemistry major at the University of Utah. I have been on the Dean's list for my first two semesters of college and I don't plan on stopping! My ultimate goal is to go to library school (its a real thing lol) and become a librarian!
Experience
I have worked for several tutoring places in the last couple years, the most recent being the Kumon Learning Center and a private tutoring establishment in Park City. I love being a tutor and helping people develop a love of learning.
Approach
As a child, I was always the top of my class. My peers would always ask me to help them and I did. I never just gave them the answers though; I helped them learn how to do it. I feel like this is the foundation of being a good tutor. I always give students positive encouragement and help them be successful in all classes.

Chemistry
Calculus I Tutoring
I have taken Calc I and am currently in Calc II. I received an A in Calc I and am on track to receive an A in Calc II. I helped several of my classmates get through the class with passing grades, most of them receiving A's like I did.
AP Chemistry Tutoring
I took Honors Chemistry and AP Chemistry in high school and was the top of my class. I passed the AP Chem exam with a 5 and was the only one in my county to do so that year. I helped 5 out of the 15 other kids in my AP Chem class get passing grades. I have a thorough understanding of how to do general chemistry and AP chemistry.
