I love to travel and have been to 8 countries and 28 US states. I have had a passion for learning and helping young minds learn since early high school

About Me

I attended Lee University, where I got my teaching license in early childhood and elementary education. I started working at Sarasota Christian School right out of college as a 5th-grade teacher and love being in a classroom.

Experience

I have taught kindergarten and second grade as well during my college experience, and am currently teaching 5th grade. I have worked with ages 3-11.

Approach

I struggled with reading in elementary school, but I had great teachers in my life who helped me improve my comprehension skills. I am so grateful for my teachers and how they have poured into me that I want to do the same for the upcoming generation. I want to help students who are struggling to do their best and pour into them like my teachers did for me.
