Fun Facts

I have taught in 3 different states, and at many different grade levels, from Young K to 6th grade.

I was in the Marching Band in high school and had many cool opportunities, such as travelling to Florida and marching in a bowl game, and marching in Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade at Disney.

About Me

I graduated HS in 1995 and from college in 2003. I made the dean's list several times. I have taught for over 16 years in 3 states, and taught Young K-6th grade. My longest run in a grade level was Kindergarten in Tacoma, WA. I also love subbing (not many people do), because I love making connections with kids all over the place.

Experience

Tutoring will allow me to impact even more students than I already have. I do have experience tutoring both online and in person, and love it!

My approach is relationship-driven and forming connections to get the best from each child.
