About Me
I've worked at Austin International School. I am a passionate, empathetic, and communicative tutor who's been in public and private tutoring since 2018.
Experience
I've worked at Austin International School: an international 3-language model school, Trulove Montessori private school, and I've run the ACE after-school program in multiple public schools aimed at helping and tutoring high-risk students. I have a wide breadth of experience with different subjects, learning styles, and people, and the ever-common thread is how much I love doing what I do and helping people of all walks of life.
Approach
I know how difficult and overwhelming learning something new can be, so I like to help break the processes and projects down into manageable, bite-sized pieces. I move forward when the student is ready, confident, and eager for the next step, and I always encourage asking questions, expanding their experiences and horizons as a means of understanding different perspectives. The first step to understanding is asking for help, and I aim to be the best help I can be for future generations.
