Experience
As an adjunct professor, I taught classes in the Master of Business Leadership program and the Human Resources undergraduate program. I have tutored young children in reading and cursive writing. I have also mentored and coached interns and early career IT professionals, assisting them with learning opportunities for technical skills and soft skills improvement.
Approach
I understand that the first step in teaching is building trust with students to form solid relationships so that learning can take place. I also believe a good teacher can facilitate learning of any content, not only the subject areas for which the facilitator has personal expertise.
