Fun Facts
Despite being a STEM-oriented student, I love all things arts and crafts. Most weekends, you can find me in my room crocheting, reading, or drawing in my sketchbook. In high school, I briefly had an Etsy shop where I sold crocheted stuffed animals!
About Me
I am a rising sophomore at Case Western Reserve University pursuing a major in mechanical engineering and a minor in psychology. I brought in several credits from high school and have a 4.0 GPA. After graduating, I hope to pursue a career in robotics or designing/developing systems.
Experience
From my sophomore through senior years of high school, I was a member of the Math National Honor Society. Every week, I tutored students from various backgrounds and skill levels in algebra through calculus II. I look forward to continuing tutoring as a Supplemental Instructor at my university.
Approach
I have always been the friend that people turned to for help on homework, so even though I only started tutoring in high school, I've been helping my peers my whole life. Through the years, I've learned to explain things differently to each person depending on how their brain works, and weave in tips and tricks that I remember had helped me when I was learning those topics.
