One thing people inquire about me after meeting for the first time is, Where am I from, because I have an accent. Although I do not hear it, my family is from Trinidad and Tobago. I enjoy the Caribbean culture from the music to the food. Also, twins are common in my family. I have a twin sister, twin nieces, twin cousins, and recently twin grandbabies.

Approach
It is extremely rewarding to see students begin higher education to obtain a degree and be able to see them achieve that goal, and obtain a stable profession and career. Securing certifications in addition to education is a must in the healthcare profession. I encourage students to realize their potential and grasp material while using various innovative teaching methods. In return, students will increase their potential of being successful in passing their board certification.
