Fun Facts
I’m a big fan of history, art, and anything that brings the past to life—so museums and living history sites are my happy places! When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me outside hiking, kayaking, or snowshoeing through the woods. I’ve been living in beautiful northern Michigan for the past two years on 13 peaceful acres of forest, and I love it. Nature and creativity are my daily inspirations.
About Me
I graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Psychology and have been working with children since my teenage years. My career began with Pre-K students, helping prepare them for the big leap into kindergarten. Over the years, I’ve also supported students in elementary classrooms and, most recently, worked one-on-one with middle schoolers to strengthen their reading and writing skills. Now, I’m teaching online to students all across the country—and I love connecting with kids from different backgrounds while helping them grow in confidence and knowledge.
