Fun Facts
I’ve always loved helping others learn, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone finally “get it” after struggling with a topic. Tutoring is one of my favorite ways to share what I’ve learned and make a real impact.
About Me
I’m a finance major at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where I’ve earned direct admission and currently hold a 4.00 GPA. I’m passionate about helping others reach their academic goals and love making difficult topics easier to understand. Whether it’s math, business, economics, or writing, I enjoy working one-on-one to help students build confidence and succeed in the classroom.
Experience
As a peer tutor at Indiana University, I work with students in an honors-level business course (BUS-K204), helping them build skills in Excel, Access, and data analysis. I guide classmates through complex topics, provide one-on-one support, and help them stay on track during lectures. Before college, I tutored middle and high school students in various subjects. I’ve always enjoyed teaching and breaking down challenging subjects into simple, understandable steps.
Approach
My tutoring approach is personalized, patient, and results-driven. I take time to understand each student’s learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement so I can adapt my teaching to meet their needs. Whether a student needs help building foundational skills or tackling advanced topics, I focus on building confidence through clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and lots of encouragement.
