Fun Facts

I love sports! Especially soccer and ice hockey. I also like to draw, and surprisingly I am somewhat good at it. I have always enjoyed crafts and cooking, and when I find the time, I try and make new things I may find on Pinterest. I also love animals because they always bring the best out of you.

About Me

I am a senior at St. Joseph's College. I am a Math Secondary Education major and have also started my Master's in hope to have that degree by next year, 2017. I am bilingual, and so I plan on getting my bilingual certification within the next few years as well. Since I will be graduating this May, I hope to find a job teaching in a middle school or high school this fall.

Experience

I worked in an elementary school for four years. Here, I helped students with homework in every subject, and I privately tutored one of them. I currently tutor some weekends at my college for high school math. I hope by working for Frog Tutoring, I can continue working with and helping many students.

Approach

When I was young, I did not like school too much; especially math. Later on, somehow I grew to understand math and began to love it. I was always at the top of my class, and classmates always came to me for help. This feeling I got after felt amazing, which made me realize what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Not only that, but I had the opportunity of having amazing teachers which impacted me, and I can only hope one day I am impacting my students' lives like they did mine.
