Fun Facts

Last summer I went to Rwanda for a mission trip. While we were there we helped in the local schools, put on conferences and small group meetings for widows and AIDS victims, and helped with small construction projects around the base.

I love to run and play soccer, ride horses, and read.
Traveling is a huge passion of mine and I plan on either studying abroad while at PLU or traveling once I graduate from college.

About Me

I graduated from Peninsula High School and washington/tacoma">Tacoma Community College in 2012 and earned my Associates in Arts and Science through running start. I am now a sophomore at Pacific Lutheran University studying to be a nurse. I enjoy all kinds of sports and outdoor activities but my academics have always come first.

Since I was 15, I have been babysitting children ages ranging from 2-11. I have also put in many hours volunteering at my churches middle school and high school youth group which includes retreats and mission trips. I have a huge passion for children and have extensive experience with children of all ages.

Though my washington/washington/tacoma">tacoma">tutoring experiences are limited, I make up for it with patients and compassion. I have been to Panama and Rwanda on mission trips during high school and have worked in their schools helping the children with their reading, writing, math, english, and computer skills.
