I'm a big sports guy. I love to play football, volleyball, soccer, anything pretty much with a ball and running I love to play. I know the area pretty well and I really do believe this is the best city in the world.

About Me

I'm a Junior in Human Biology at North Carolina State University. I've been a Wolfpack fan my whole life, and it was always one of my goals to attend here as a student. After college, I want to eventually go to graduate school and get a degree in either physical therapy or kinesiology, but I may take a few years after graduation to pursue other interests.

I currently work in the residence halls here at NCSU and with the First Year College program as a Resident Mentor. This job allows me to work with Freshmen here at the University who are undeclared in their major, and many of them are still trying to figure out who they really are. As a Resident Mentor, I live in the halls with these students and help them decide on their major while discovering who they are. Consequently, a big role that this job brings along with it is instilling proper study skills and helping Freshmen with classes that I have already taken.

I never really was a bad student in school, but I think that was a result of effective "raleigh">tutors" that worked with me in my career. These mentors that I had along the way really empowered me to learn. They never did assignments for me, and pushed me to figure out things on my own. I genuinely believe that is what has contributed to my success as a student, and I hope to do the same with others that I am given the ability to impact.
