Fun Facts
During my free time, I love to make things from scratch, ranging from food to origami. I also love to travel and been to several countries before, but currently, my goal is to travel to Korea and Japan.
About Me
I am a sophmore Biology major, Chinese minor on a premed track at Northeastern University. I have been on the Dean's list since I started college. After graduation, I plan to attend medical school and become a pediatrician because I enjoy working with little children.
Experience
Throughout high school, I tutored children ranging from ages ten to sixteen on various subjects. In the summer, I worked at a prep center, helping children with specific standardized tests, such as the SSAT and Hunter College High School Exam(I was also once an applicant and am currently a Hunter alumni).
Approach
I was never what people would call "naturally smart"; I had to work hard for my grades and definitely struggled a lot throughout my educational career. However, throughout these years, I realized that making the information I am studying more applicable allowed to remember it better. Consequently, I want to make my tutoring my hands-on and allow my students to see the real life applications of what they are learning.

Biology
Biology I Tutoring
I have taken Foundations of Biology and a Biology class specializing in Stem Cells. I am currently a Biology major.
Chinese Tutoring
I can fluently speak Mandarin and regularly speak Chinese at home. I have taken Advance Chinese at College and am currently pursuing a Chinese minor.
Pre Calculus Tutoring
In high school, I have take AP AB Calculus. During freshman year of college, I have taken Calculus for Biology majors, which covers the curriculum for both AB and BC calculus.
Biology Tutoring
I have taken AP Biology and am currently a Biology major at Northeastern University.
Psychology Tutoring
I took AP Psychology and got a 5 on that exam.
Spanish I Tutoring
I have taken Spanish since 7th grade. I took AP Spanish and got a 4 on that exam.
Homework Coach Tutoring
As someone who struggled to focus on homework, I know how to motivate myself and others to get their work done using methods that I came up with myself as I learned to address that problem throughout my educational career.
Middle School Math Tutoring
Throughout middle school math was my favorite subject. I was also placed in an advanced math class with other students in my grades who also excelled in that subject.
Science Tutoring
I have always been very interested in Science and am very knowledgeable in that field. As a Biology major, I believe that I am more than qualified to teach middle school science.
Spanish Tutoring

I have been playing piano since I was six years old. I have taken formal ABRSM exams and gotten up to level six.
