Fun Facts

I love sports and music. I play guitar and I played basketball through high school. If I wasn't studying to become an engineer, I would probably be pursuing a General Manager position in the NBA.

About Me

I am a sophomore in Nuclear Engineering at NC State University. I plan to apply to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate Program (NUPOC) in order to pursue a career in the United States Navy.

Experience

I have no prior tutoring experience. However, growing up with two younger brothers, I helped out a lot with homework. The opportunity to help students learn and succeed is very important to me, and I would love to help in any way that I can.

Approach

The most important thing to understand regarding tutoring is that everybody learns differently. With this in mind, my goal is to determine how a student learns best, and to explain the material in a personalized manner. I will also work to improve students' study skills and time management.
