I am a major soccer fan and spend a lot of my time learning about soccer news from all around the world. I am avid reader both academically and leisurely and love sharing great and interesting books.
About Me
I am a Junior at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am currently studying English and I plan to use my degree to become a teacher.
Experience
Formally I spent one summer helping a group of Korean foreign exchange students. We worked on grammar and reading analysis as well as creative writing. I also have spent the large majority of my life assisting others in English. helping others came as naturally to me as reading and writing did.
Approach
When I was younger I never enjoyed school. It felt like the worst chore imaginable. It was not until freshman year of high school where I had very intelligent and loving teachers who cultivated my desire for knowledge and made me feel like I could learn anything. It was through there guidance that I realized I wanted nothing more than to help others the way they helped me.
