Fun Facts
I love math, although I never tell people I do because back home Being a "nerd" would make people to make fun of you and that was something I didn't need at the moment because they already had some stuff to make fun of me. I was the tallest guy in my class and even in my High School so I had enough with them jokes.
About Me
I am a sophomore Civil Engineering major at UTSA. I came to the U.S looking for a better education and a better way of life for me and my family, I plan to provide a better future for my mother and sister, who also live here in San Antonio. I like sports, math and want to be the first of my family to graduate from an U.S university as an Engineer.
Experience
Most of my experience as tutor was back home in Colombia when I helped kids develop their knowledge in areas like Math, Ethics and general Spanish. My mission as a tutor is to create confidence in people in order for them to give their best and try their hardest, everyone is capable of do anything they want.
Approach
As a college student I've learned how to instruct and guide people when they need help. I struggled a lot when I was in middle and high school, but I quickly found out how to improve my way of learning in easy and fun ways that can be easily understood by anyone.
