Fun Facts

I've studied abroad in the UK my senior year of college at the University. I enjoy traveling and I've been to China and Germany when I was in college. Someday, when I get a chance, I would love to travel around the world again.

About Me

I went to Rutgers University as an undergraduate where I had a major in Religion and a minor in Biology. I had a 3.6 overall GPA and a 4.0 major GPA. I am currently working on my Master's in Religion at maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">columbia-university">maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia University, and I later hope to pursue a PhD in Historical Theology.

I have no formal tutoring experience so far, but I have led Bible study and other discussion groups at my church. I can adapt quickly, and I am always willing to discover new strategies to help students understand their academic weaknesses and how to overcome them.

My goal in tutoring is to help students grow and learn and to help them to find new creative ways to think through their difficulties. I want to mentor and guide the students be more organized in their schoolwork and study habits. I hope that students will be able to understand how to solve their problems and be able to apply new ways of thinking not only to their studies but to other areas of life as well.
