I was born and raised in San Diego California. Along with the great weather here, I love going to the beaches or hiking the amazing trails around San Diego County. After graduation I would love to travel, particularly in Europe and Australia.

About Me

I am a third year honor's student at San Diego State University . I enjoy subjects related to Statistics, Mathematics, Finance and Economics. My permanent address is in Lemon Grove but I am often in carmel">Carmel Valley and East County so I am very willing to travel where needed.

I first began tutoring in High School for a Geometry class. Since then I have tutored calculus and statistics at SDSU. I also did an internship in 2013 tutoring a variety of subjects at Crawford High School through the International Rescue Committee's program for immigrants and refugees.

My tutoring approach begins with finding where the student is struggling and what their questions are. From there I explain the topic using a different approach for the student to better understand. As a student that has taken elevated classes on similar topics, I am able to recognize where I, or some of my peers, have struggled in certain subjects and pay particular attention to those areas.
