My ADHD son went from a 33 average to a 78 in Algebra I in just a few weeks. Anjan helped him to develop organizational skills and a systematic way to approach problem solving. {not commented yet}
Michael has been an excellent tutor for my son, Nate, in high school algebra. He is clear, calm, patient, and teaches in a way that makes it easy for my son to absorb the information. He said after 3 sessions with Michael, the clouds had lifted and he understood concepts he had not after five months in the classroom! This has translated into an improvement in his grades, confidence, and overall attitude toward math. Thank you Michael!
Jen has been tutoring us in several subjects. While she possesses tons of knowledge in Advanced Biology and Spanish, she has been a huge asset just helping us schedule, study effectively, and set goals. She is the best!
awesome
great help and communication
Mollie knows the material well(Pre-Calc)so there is no wasted time getting familiar with the content. She communicates well with our daughter and the extra help has made a quick improvement in her grade.
Excellent tutor. Very knowledgable and knows how to teach so my daughter can learn.
Kaitlynn did a good job with tutoring my child. My child felt better after the session and confident.
Best tutor we ever had!!!!
Excellent! !
Katie does a great job of getting to know each of her students. She was a homework tutor for both of my middle school boys with very different personalities and was able to help each one create an organization scheme that was the best according to their needs. She incorporated the boys into the process so that it became their own. My older son is doing great and has much improved homework organization skills. My younger son is still working to become a better organized student and Katie continues to problem solve with me as we help him make incremental improvements to get ready for high school.
Jennifer is an excellent tutor. She is very knowledgeable and is able to take the material that the girls are learning in class and break it down so they understand it. She is extremely organized and relates well to the girls. She is able to explain the material, organize it and leave it where they have a great study guide. She is prompt and extremely nice.
Tin really knows the material and can teach it. He is an excellent tutor. I highly recommend him.
We have had Adam to our house to work with our son Luke roughly weekly for the past few months. Adam works well with Luke, and I can hear him talking through problems in a productive way. I'm pleased with the material he is teaching, his personal presentation and seriousness. He is doing an outstanding job and we will continue to work with Adam in the future.
For anyone searching for an outstanding math tutor… Feher Waqar began tutoring our son in Algebra this last March. Feher was not only successful in teaching and guiding our son through this competency, but also significantly improved our son’s confidence in his own math skills. Feher is a wonderful young man and a great tutor. I highly recommend him for your child.
I give Nicole 5 star she does an excellent job when it come to helping my son
Caleigh has helped me advance my conversational Spanish (my goal is to become functional on motorcycle trips into Central and South America). In addition she introduced me to many resources that can aid my ability to understand and be understood I.e. shop at Fiesta market, watch Spanish speaking TV , read newspapers, listen to radio and engage with local Spanish speaking people I encounter. She empowered me to not be embarrassed because of my limited skills. I endorse Caleigh for her ability to tutor and I expect her to achieve great things in her life, yes she is exceptional.
Steven did a very good job of teaching. His style was not a perfect match for my daughter, but he is a good tutor that I would recommend to others.
My daughter and Kiran connected very well. She liked Kiran's style and personalitiy and looked forward to the sessions.
Our son has had several sessions with Benjamin now. From the first, Benjamin endeavored to find different ways to assess what he understood and what he struggles with. Benjamin works carefully with him, giving reinforcement when he gets an answer correctly, or grasps something new. When he still needs more work in an area, Benjamin says, "Lets try this" and comes up with another way to help him understand. Benjamin is patient when he struggles, finds ways to inject humor and real life situations into the instruction, and makes him feel like he is capable of learning the material. His attitude about math class at school has improved, and his confidence level is going up. We intend to continue with sessions with Benjamin.
