Fun Facts

In spite of my Type O blood making me the main attraction for the relentless Texas mosquitoes, I love being outdoors. Fishing has become my favorite pastime in recent years & although I haven't yet had the pleasure of traveling outside of my home state of Texas; I can't wait to hit the highway and land on the dock of the bay.

About Me

I am a published author and performance poet. I am currently earning my degree in Creative Writing and loving it. When I graduate, I intend to continue my writing career as a writer and mentor to new and aspiring authors. My ultimate goal is to head a mega publishing house.

Experience

I have had the opportunity to tutor incarcerated offenders in Texas who are working toward their GED as well as those who are earning a college degree. I am most proud to have impacted the lives of those who have little opportunity, yet work hard to maximize their potential upon release from the criminal justice system.
I look forward to supporting our future working for Frog Tutoring.

Approach

I was fortunate enough to attend a private institution during elementary. Transitioning to public education for my middle school education was both a confusing and exciting time. Although I enjoyed being in class with my neighborhood friends, I quickly learned there would not be individualized attention at my new school. My philosophy is simple, every child needs special attention along the way. I am excited to bring clarity and understanding to my students with individual tutoring plans.
