About Me
I am a freshman in the BS/DO program at the New York Institute of Technology. Once I graduate from the undergraduate portion, I will transfer directly to the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Experience
Throughout high school and college, I have had the honor to tutor many classmates in subjects that they seemed to struggle with. I noticed that upon tutoring them, they seemed to better understand the material, and thus their grades significantly improved
Approach
As a child, I often struggled to learn when the teacher taught in a way that merely explained the material without any class engagement whatsoever. With that in mind, I plan to teach the student in a way that he or she is deeply engaged. I will give them practice problems to do with me, and I will thoroughly explain/break down the problem to make them better understand it.

Although I never took the ACT, I have excelled in all of the aspects of math that the ACT tests. Thus, I am able to help the student achieve success in this test.
SAT Math Tutoring
I received a 770 on the SAT Math section. Hence, I am able to help students who may struggle with this area. When tutoring some students in SAT Math, I use practice questions and thoroughly break down/explain to them the problems. Thus, they are able to understand the material much more easily.
