About Me
I earned my BA in Political Science from Arizona State University (ASU) in Spring 2017. I was also a student of Barrett, the Honors College. I later went on the earn my MA in Social Justice and Human Rights in Fall 2021, also from ASU. Currently, I serve a full-time role as Academic Advising Coordinator for the Department of English at ASU.
Experience
Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in academia, serving in various roles that have allowed me to engage closely with students, faculty, and administrative processes. While pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Arizona State University, I served as a lead writing tutor and Teaching Assistant, where I conducted one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, implemented a Socratic approach to teaching, and developed presentations and lectures for college-level courses.

Having taken several AP courses throughout high school, I always enjoyed learning and challenging myself. Because this is not the same for every student, I never minded assisting my peers or taking extra time after class to partake in peer-to-peer reviews.
