Fun Facts

One passion of mine is my boxer mix dog! I also enjoy staying active by running, rollerblading, or spending time at the gym. I recently moved to Corpus in August from Austin and previously am from Chicago/Northwest Indiana.

About Me

I have my Master's degree in education/texas/corpus-christi">Special Education (concentration in Autism) and my undergrad degree is in Middle Level Education with a focus in Math and Social Studies. I have my Business Minor as well.

Experience

I have worked with a range of disabilities and ages. I am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have spent 4 years working with in home and clinic based programing with children aged 2-14. Previously, I taught high and middle school in topics from algebra, accounting to writing, math and social studies. I have completed in home tutoring in both Indiana and in Texas. I have also assisted with SAT prep and studying.

Approach

I take an individualized approach to assess the needs of each child and family. I help establish goals and create milestones to reaching those goals. I have worked with a wide range of disabilities and people. I feel confident I will be able to apply positive reinforcement to facilitate measurable and meaningful growth.
