Arlington First Church of the Nazarene Summer Camp


According to the Arlington First Church of the Nazarene website, this church was founded in 1908. The Nazarene International Center provides support services to more than 1.2 million members worshiping in more than 11,800 churches in the United States, Canada, and 135 other world areas. Services include maintaining ministerial credentials and church records, coordinating the support and sending of missionaries, developing Sunday School and discipleship curriculum, providing retirement support programs for pastors, encouraging the starting of new churches, developing satellite, Internet, and radio programs for outreach and education to all parts of the globe, and much more. There is no current information on summer camps, but information could be posted in the near future. 

The YMCA


The YMCA Day Camp is specifically made for children in kindergarten to 6th grade and filled with daily activities!

YMCA Summer Camps offer kids a chance to have fun while building a healthy spirit, mind and body. Stop by and register at any YMCA of Arlington Family Center. Weekly Cost: $120 for Y members, $180 for program members.

Join us for an outdoor adventure camp along the bank of Lake Arlington at Richard Simpson Park! We will focus on conservation education and the development of outdoor skills. Golf Summer Camp 


Tierra Verde Golf Club • Chester Ditto Golf Course Hooked On Golf Summer Camps

Camps are designed to get students “Hooked on Golf” in a fun and exciting environment. Students will learn the very basics in pitching, putting, chipping and full swing, while having a great time, and meeting new friends. The final day of the camp will feature a skills competition with prizes awarded. Each camp runs for four days, 90 minutes each day, and costs $79 per week. Campers will be divided into two age groups (ages 6-11 or 12-17). Camp size is limited to provide plenty of time for individual instruction, so register today! ATC Tennis Camps


Arlington Tennis Center offers specialty summer tennis camps for players Age 10 and Under and 11-17. Camps run Monday-Thursday mornings. 10 and Under camps and Level I-III camps for ages 11-17 are $60 per week. Advanced camps for players age 11-17 are $90 per week. University of Texas, Arlington    


The Engineering and Computer Science Camps are made to be fun and educational experiences for students. Our one week camps were created to provide students with a broad exposure to the variety of engineering disciplines -- aerospace, biomedical, civil & environmental, computer science, electrical, industrial, materials science and mechanical -- plus related topics in chemistry, physics, and/or math. Field trips to see engineering at area businesses and team projects supplement the classroom activities and hands-on experiences.

Camp Thurman  


Camp Thurman is a non-profit organization that has been providing the best day camp in the Arlington/Pantego area since 1969 and most effective team building exercises for over 10 years!  The mission of this camp is to provide for all ages safe, fun wholesome outdoor programs, which God's love, while helping people finds who they are in Christ.  

Situated in the middle of the city, the camp has 14 acres of trees, creeks, gulleys and more! The "fun in the woods" Day Camp is for children ages 4 through children finishing 5th grade. In Day Camp and most of the other programs, the campers are put in small groups of 10 to 12 children (all girls or all boys) with a Christian counselor and an assistant. They participate as a group in all the different activities throughout the day.

Our Afternoon/Evening Camps give 7th to 9th graders an opportunity to see what a fun evening time at CT can be. We have created a special atmosphere for our older children with programs and activities that are appropriate for their age. We are offering an Overnight Camp for 7th to 9th graders.    

Our Challenge Adventure programs are on both high and low challenge courses offer an experience which can provide groups with opportunities to create better teams. Our Community Outreach has the goal of involving the community by partnering with families and groups in special programs and special days like our Family Treasure Day.

The Oakridge School


The Oakridge School provides exciting summer opportunities for our students as well as children in the surrounding communities aged 3 through 12th grade.  The Oakridge School is located in the Arlington, TX in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Since 1995, our excellent summer programs have been perfect for an academic preview of the next grade level, getting a new student accustomed to the campus and curriculum, taking a course for credit or having fun in one of our enrichment classes.
