I love sharing my culture with students, as well as my passion for life. I enjoy talking about sports, literature, politics and everything that it´s interesting. I know how fun is working with teenagers and young people because I also work in a Middle School and they always have good energy and are smart.

About Me

I am a professional Spanish Teacher. I graduated from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico with Bachelors's Degree in Political Science. Now I am a Spanish teacher here in the US. I hope to stay in this career for a long time, due to the increasing demand for Spanish teachers.

Experience

I have more than two years of experience in teaching Spanish. I´m currently working as Middle School Spanish Teacher in St. Elizabeth´s School here in Denver, Colorado. I also have thought of as a private tutor for adults and young people. I´m also constantly training to improve my teaching skills. I got a certificate from Cervantes Escuela Internacional, and now I´m studying three more courses to teach kids and teenagers, adults and teach online in ELEInternacional Online School.

Approach

You will find my classes relaxed and fun. I´m very dedicated to my job and always seeking better resources. In my classes, I focus on student´s needs. I know how important is to provoke, keep and increase student´s motivation. I follow Instituto Cervantes curriculum and levels. And finally, I choose the resources that best fit your goals. Classes are 95% in Spanish, English only when needed.
