Fun Facts
I love reading, tutoring, and going on out on long walks. Long walks are enjoyable for me because they help me get fresh air, exercise and explore neighboring areas that are of close relevance to me.
About Me
I am a civil engineer who recently graduated from San Jose State University, with a goal of making a significant contribution to this field by solving issues such as sustainability, adapting to climate change, and meeting needs of highly growing populations in terms of construction feasibility and drinking water.
Experience
In high school I spent several hours tutoring students in math and science and learned more about tutoring in college by working with several tutors in math workshops and peer study centers and studying with them difficult concepts such as math and science.
Approach
My approach involves using new teaching methods, such as relating theoretical concepts to real life practices in science and mathematics such as showing students why algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and calculus are important and interactive teaching to help students grasp difficult concepts and enhance their learning abilities.
