Fun Facts

I LOVE swimming; I grew up going to the swimming pool, and I'm an avid fan of watching Olympic swimming. I am an Irish twin, and I love traveling. Community service is a huge part of my life, and I love finding ways to make people smile.

About Me

I am a sophomore psychology major at UCLA. I have excelled at competitive, rigorous college courses and received As in all my math, science, and writing classes. My goal is to pursue service work in the health field.

Experience

I have two years of experience tutoring elementary, middle, and high school students in my neighborhood, helping them with all K-6th grade subjects. I am experienced in AP courses. I write for two college organizations and can proofread, edit, and write essays and papers of all kinds. Working for Frog Tutoring allows me to devote my time to helping more students succeed!

Approach

As a student, I've realized that the classes I enjoy the most are the ones where my professors are fun, enthusiastic, and approachable. I enjoyed it when I could overcome challenging topics by asking questions and having someone explain the subject in a simplified manner. My teaching approach aims to help you connect to the course material and make it engaging. I like to incorporate drawings and diagrams to help you visualize the material. I will teach you study skills that will ensure success!
