One of my passions is sports, outside the classroom you will most likely find me in the gym or spending time with my family.

About Me

I am a Medical Doctor who has practiced for over 15 years medicine. However, I have dedicated the past 18 years to teach students from low income areas to help them get to college.

Experience

The past 18 years I have taught several classes for medical students; both in college and in the academy level. Among my experiences are Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College and Researching at Scripps. My specialty is to work with First Generation, Low Income students to help them achieve their potential. As a matter of fact, I have sent over 100 kids to Ivy League and top-tier schools as a medical academy professor.

Approach

As an instructor for first generation/low income students, I understand the difficulties posed by their own lives and how they translate into their academic performance. Throughout my experience with them, I have been able to devise unique methods that build their confidence and helps them persevere. As a professor, I try to make the students understand their potential and let them know that the academic knowledge is ultimately a byproduct of their own discipline.
