Fun Facts
Something I enjoy, aside from math, is going on hikes and running. However, the most interesting thing I have done is thrown myself out of a plane for fun. Though I would never do it again, skydiving was very fun and a great experience.
About Me
I recently graduated the University of California Berkeley where I majored in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in economics. I also majored in Spanish Literature, this was mainly just for fun.
Experience
During my time at Cal I spent about 4 years tutoring all math levels but my main focus was Calculus. I Currently work as a Quality Assurance analyst but I hope to continue working towards my masters soon.
Approach
One of my main strategies is delivering service with integrity, meaning that I approach a student as an individual not as someone I have to be perfect for. I will remain transparent, for example, when I tutor, if there is a question I cannot fully answer I do not lie to them, rather I tell them I do not fully know how to do the problem and I seek help. This allows me to establish rapport with the student and gain their trust.
