Fun Facts
I am an avid video gamer. My PlayStation 1-4 consoles are some of my most cherished possessions. I enjoy action-adventure games and RPGs set in fanciful, historical worlds. Similarly, I also enjoy watching anime and cartoons set in fanciful worlds or historical time periods.
About Me
I graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College in 2018. I am now a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program at the CUNY Graduate Center, in NYC. My concentration is classical archaeology. I am currently working on my master's thesis, which explores the influence of Homer's epics on ancient Greek cult sites and associated topographic features of the Greek landscape.
Experience
I have three years of work experience at the American Museum of Natural History, where I gave guided tours to the public, and was stationed at interactive carts in all of the halls. I was also as a teacher’s aide in AMNH’s elementary and middle school camps.
Approach
I myself am a visual learner, who finds interactive media to be a valuable resource for closely engaging with course material, be it through videos, images, artwork, labs, and more. I am of the firm belief that learning can be fun and enjoyable, as well as a profoundly educational and enriching experience for students.
