Experience
I first started tutoring at the age of 15. I started my professional tutoring career since my freshmen year in college where I met on average 15 students per session, and 3 full-ride STEM scholars per semester. I love mentoring the younger generation, as evidenced in my experience as College Advisor at Pascal High School where I helped high school students get into college. I was a Peer Guide for a college course where I taught them how to study and succeed academically. So let me help you!
Approach
My mentality is practice makes perfect!! My job as a tutor first and foremost is to discover my student's strength and weakness in the subject matter. Then I will find out their learning styles as well as the teacher's homework and exam preferences. This gives me the opportunity to assist the students in maximizing their time, energy, and efforts in order to both understand the subject and ace the homework and exams. My ultimate goals are both the higher grades but also the student's confidence
