Iam a math fanatic through and through. I dream math, I eat math and math has actually become a hobby for me. Iam very fast in calculations and mental math and in most cases , I dont see the need to use a calculator.
I also enjoy playing golf.

About Me

I did my MBA at University of Wales in UK. I was working for a Financial Institution then but I have now gone into the Education field where I feel Iam making a meaningful contribution and I enjoy helping students with math and algebra.

I have been a math-middle-school/texas/fort-worth">Middle School Math Teacher at Nazarene Christian Academy in Crowley for over 2 years now. Everyday after school, I tutor privately all the students who are either failing in Math, algebra/texas/fort-worth">Pre Algebra and Algebra1.
I arrange for them to come to my classroom on different days and its usually on a one to one basis and I assign them different days and different times.
It gives me pleasure when I find that the students are able to catch up with the rest of the other students.
Some of these students are shy to ask questions in class because they don,t want other students to ridicule them.

Initially I have to assess the level at which the student is and the level at which the student should be. After assessing the gap, I have to find means and ways of re teaching the same topics and giving the student an opportunity to put into practice what I will have taught the student.. I also use a lot of worksheets in the process.
