Fun Facts

When I was in 7th and 8th grade I participated in a math team through my school. We competed against other Jewish day schools in the area, and made it to the quarter and semi finals. We got really into it and even made ourselves t-shirts and dubbed ourselves the "Mathletes".

About Me

I am currently a junior and am studying Economics and Psychology with a minor in Mathematics at NYU. I just came back from a truly awesome semester in Florence, Italy but I am excited to be back in New York. After college I would love to stay in New York City and I am very interested in behavioral economics.

I have been manhattan">tutoring since I was a sophomore in high school (in 2007). In high school I tutored both math and Spanish. I received an Outstanding manhattan">Tutor Award from my high school two years in a row. I have also been manhattan">tutoring throughout college.

When I manhattan">tutor I encourage the student to come up with answers to the best of their ability. If they are having difficulty, I assist them in getting the correct response rather than just giving it to them. If the student is having difficulty with a particular concept, I will provide them with different tips and tricks that help me, and hopefully will help them too.
