Fun Facts

I'm a huge Disney fanatic, I go at least five times a year. French fries are my addiction, I can't ever stop eating them. I'm a typical girl, I love shopping and makeup. I love to go running when I'm feeling stressed out, and walking my Labrador, Abu. Lastly, I love baking everything, from cupcakes to donuts and even pies.

About Me

My name is Jessica, Jess, or Jess Marie. I graduated from FIU in 2016, I obtainedt my Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education Education. I currently attend SPC majoring in Health Science, focus: Vet Tech. I made Dean's list at FIU, and at Broward College, I made the President's list and Dean's list for two years. Lastly, I also was a mentor for Take Stock in Children for three months.

As a child, I had a hard time learning in school, I found it difficult and useless to go, but when I was in elementary school, my first grade teacher, Mrs. Collins, always stayed with my after class to make sure I understood the lesson and the homework given for that night. If I didn't she would go on the board and visually show me an example on how it's done the correct way. If I didn't understand the first time, she would keep continuing to show me more examples. Because of her, I aim to be the best miami">tutor and teacher for my clients and students.

I will approach my client(s) with positivity and constant reinforcements. I believe every student needs their own personal cheerleader to cheer them on and to never quit. I will also push them to try harder in school and to exceed pass their limitations. I will also make them confident in every subject in school.

Approach

As a child, I struggled in school and found learning difficult. In elementary school, I was fortunate enough to have a first grade teacher who, through positive encouragement and determination, helped me see my true potential. As a miami">tutor, I attempt to bring out the best in your child with my positive and determined attitude. I will make lessons suit their needs, either hands on or verbal. I feel it is my responsibility to not them content, but teach them study tips for future reference.
