About Me

I am a graduate student at TN State. During undergrad I was a long term sub (virtual and in person) in Virginia and after I graduated I became a full time 2nd grade teacher. Originally from Charlotte I’ve always loved school and knowledge.

Experience

In addition to my 2 years of experience teaching, I tutored throughout my high school tenure and in college. During the pandemic I was an academic coach for K-6 students in my hometown.

Approach

I enjoy connecting and building a relationship with my students. This rapport allows me to help students get motivated and be accountable for their learning. I want all my students to love school just as much as I did (do)!
