Fun Facts

I am a typical Southern California girl, and I love the beach! In my spare time you can find me there, or watching Netflix in my apartment. I also love to work out! I've been working on my cooking skills for the past year, and I hope to continue learning new recipes in the coming year!

About Me

I am a rising senior at UCLA and I study Psychobiology, which is a blend of Biological Sciences and Psychology. I am passionate about learning about people, and I hope to attend graduate school next year to become an Industrial Organizational Psychologist.

Experience

As a member of UCLA Bruin Partners, I have had the privilege of tutoring students of underserved communities near Westwood. I have experience mentoring and tutoring both middle school and high school students, and I have grown to value the connections forged in a mentor-mentee relationship so much.

Approach

My relationship with school almost changed overnight between Elementary and Middle school. I recall struggling and feeling behind most times, but that quickly changed when I realized that I was able to excel when I applied myself. Since that change, I have enjoyed helping my friends in school, and have made it a priority to seek out other mentorship and tutoring activities since. My favorite part of tutoring is the opportunity to help people, and I hope to be able to continue with Frog Tutoring.
