About Me

I am a 1L evening student at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. Upon graduation, I will pursue my Masters in Biotechnology. I plan to become an intellectual property lawyer, specializing in patent law.

Experience

I am a learning and development specialist by trade. I have worked across various fields, specializing in the development, implementation, and facilitation of diverse learning programs. I enjoy creating learning events and tailoring objectives to the needs of my audience just as much as interacting with my attendees on-site/online and supporting their learning process. Working for Frog Tutoring enables me to continue supporting others in their academic development and professional growth.

Approach

I have seen students become discouraged by the technical difficulties of an online program or be afraid to participate in class discussions in a live setting. I've been that student in both contexts and have developed tools to overcome this. As a tutor, I will provide my students with these tools to succeed and feel competent in their learning. I will establish a relationship that fosters trust and confidence. We will discuss development areas and goals. Finally, we create a plan of action.
