Fun Facts

Some fun facts about me are that I have developed a passion for cooking since I became vegan. I enjoy getting creative with different recipes, and most importantly trying the finished product. I currently play softball, and run long distances.

About Me

My name is Vanina, and I am 24 years old. I am pursuing my Juris Doctorate to become a lawyer. I recently graduated with my bachelor's in business and supervision from Miami Dade College. I made the Dean's list 6 semesters out of 9.

Experience

Upon entering college, I tutored my classmates and elementary school students in math. I enjoy teaching math because it comes easy to me.

Approach

As a child, I struggled with a language barrier. My first language is Spanish, so it was hard for me to communicate with my teachers and classmates. Throughout my high school years, I always made sure to pay attention to the advise that the older students would give me. The best advise I received was to get excellent grades the first year to maintain a high GPA throughout the rest of the years. I excelled in all my classes, including my Honors and AP courses.
