Although I haven't played in years, I am a fan of soccer and I sometimes spend time arguing with friends in vain, why my team (Manchester United) remains the best. Ironically, they performed horribly premier league season (2014). I love to do alteration of clothes during my free times. I love bike riding, but I am scared to do so in the Bronx.

About Me

I am Ghanaian and I have been in the country for 6 years now. I have traveled within and around the United States for research presentation purposes. I am a recent (2014) graduate from Lehman College student. My next step is to apply and get into a medical school.

I served as a chemistry and biology bronx">tutor at my school, Lehman college, for 2 years. And I am a volunteer, teaching children how to read and write arabic at the Bronx Islamic Cultural Center.

I find it best to determine my tutees' study strategies before applying any bronx">tutoring approaches: note taking, visual, auditory learner, etc. Rather than asking yes or no questions, I like to foster critical thinking by asking probing questions that will lead students to explain their answers to me. Sometimes, I use analogies to help students understand various topics.
