A fun fact about me is that I've played basketball my entire life! I'm currently pursuing a professional basketball career overseas!

About Me

I just graduated (in 2020) from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Communication Studies! I was on the deans list 3 out of 4 years and was awared NABC Honors Court for my academic accomplishments!

Experience

Throughout highschool and a little bit in college, I had the pleasure of tutoring students bi-weekly in all subject areas. At San Jose State my basketball team was very active within the community and this lead me to become networked with most of the elementary, middle and highschools in the area. Thus I was able to aid a wide array of students!

Approach

When I was younger, I had a lot of negative emotions associated with school due to the learning process and how demoralizing some of the teachers made me feel. Once I got to college I learned what it was like to have instructors and teachers who truly make school into a positive experience! As a tutor, I want kids to share that same positive experience. As a tutor, I'll not only help you learn the content, but I'll help you develop study skills that help you throughout your academic career!
