One passion I am drawn to is most certainly music. I have been a music person all my life. Playing the piano and cello has taken a lot of dedication and ability to want to succeed and learn. I also enjoy being active. Being proactive in any shape or form gives the body and mind unimaginable strength.

About Me

I am a college sophomore (2020-2021). I major in psychology and minor in English/Writing. I will be graduating at the College of Staten Island In early 2021 with an associates degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. I hold a GPA of 3.8 leading me to the top of all classes in The College of Staten Island.
For my future:
In the year of 2023 I will be graduating with a bachelors degree in human psychology (BA degree). In the year of 2025 I will strive for a Masters degree in human psychology as we

Experience

I have experience with being a babysitter giving me the upper hand on adapting to very young children and engaging with them.
Having experience in being a Psychology major, I know how to keep young children motivated in learning and making their experience interesting to them while getting all work done.

Approach

Growing up, processing information has always been difficult but I knew I loved learning. Once I hit High School I became motivated to put in the work and find out my weaknesses and strengths when it comes to education. As a tutor, I will make sure to make learning a mentally safe, positive and motivational space. Kids can get overwhelmed. The key here is finding that one specific unique way your child is comfortable learning in, and apply that to tutoring.
