Fun Facts

I love to be outdoors and get to explore the beautiful scenery around us! I usually play soccer or snowboard to get a break from school or work. A lot of the times I will go hiking with my husky to get our daily exercise in.

About Me

I am a sophomore at SLCC and will graduate this semester with my associates before I move on to UVU and continue my education for my bachelors degree. I am studying Forensic science, I hope to start doing internships next school year to start gaining experience.

Experience

In high school, I was part of a program that would go to elementary schools to tutor individuals in any subject they were struggling with. I was also a peer tutor for pre-k and kindergarten. I have also tutored kids over face time to try and help them understand their work.

Approach

Growing up, I was always around kids and developed patience very early on. In school, I had a couple of teachers who would sit with me and try an approach that would work with the way I learned things. Not many people do that, so that is the approach I like to take. It helps kids feel better and more confident. Finding the right method is important, because not everyone will learn the same way.
