About Me

I'm a rising senior at maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">columbia-university">maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia University majoring in Economics. More interestingly, however, I love biking around the city, traveling as much as possible and learning new bar-tending recipes. I am also a member of maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia's Parliamentary Debate team and write frequently for the maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia Political review.

As a tutor at maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">columbia-university">maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia University's Mathematics help-room, I was tasked with assisting groups and individual students with college level mathematics. Although the help-room received a large volume of students requiring help with homework and examination preparation (right up to the last minute), I believe my team and I excelled at helping students cope with over-crowded and sometimes poorly taught intro classes. I'm sure that I can bring the same passion and intuitive approach to teaching math

I try to break down complex ideas in economics to the always simpler, jargon-free underlying ideas and impart an intuitive understanding of the topic at hand.
