Fun Facts

I am the oldest of three, I have two younger brothers. So I do have experience with younger kids. I have the most patience with kids and I always seem to be the favorite when it comes to either helping out a younger child or taking care of them.

About Me

I am a freshman Pre-Pharmacy major at the University of the Incarnate Word. I am also first generation. When I graduate I hope to continue my career at the Uinversity of the Incarnate Word and go to Pharmacy school to get my PhD in Medicine.

Experience

Throughout my high school years I have always been a part of some type of volunteer work. Such as helping out at my church Our Lady of Refuge in setting up, running a booth, and cleaning up for two years for an annual festival to raise money for their pantry. As I am in college now I will be helping students from Turkey to better their English. I am always willing to help someone in any way possible that I am able to. Working for Frog Tutoring gives me more opportunities in doing so.

Approach

As a child I would struggle in math mostly and I was lucky in some of my schools to have teachers that had a great amount of patience with their students, but there were also other years where I was not as lucky with having a teacher that would take the time to explain a second time when I did not understand the material. Therefore I want to give these younger kids a better opportunity in gaining more knowledge in the subjects they most so they have a stronger foundation in their education.
