About Me
I just graduated from the miami">University of Miami summa cum laude with a 3.97 GPA. I double majored in Marine Science and Biology, and I minored in Chemistry and Modern Languages. I was on the provost’s honor roll and deans list every semester, and I was on the president’s honor roll all but one. Currently, I am deciding between medical school and graduate school.
Throughout my academic career, I have always been asked by friends and classmates for help with their schoolwork. Whether it be with homework or test-prep, I have always been able to successfully increase their understanding and efficiency. Although I have never officially held the title of "miami">tutor", I have plenty of experience teaching difficult material in a relatable manner. I have always wanted to work officially as a miami">tutor as it is a rewarding experience, and Frog miami">Tutoring gives me this opportunity.
The majority of my approach to teaching or miami">tutoring revolves around thought direction. Many students have problems with work or tests because they have trouble finding and focusing on the important parts of the question. I do not simply give answers, but direct students to what the question is asking for and help them learn how to piece together the required information. Moreover, I help students with studying by teaching them how to structure and approach their study session. With my approach, I help people become more successful as students.
