I love rock climbing! You can find me at Metalmark in Fresno 2-4 times per week. I love singing, and I do math for fun (I know that sounds lame, but seriously - math is my favorite!).

About Me

I am a senior at Fresno State University. I bounce back and forth between the President's List and Dean's List. Last year, when I graduated from Fresno City College, I was awarded the Dean's Medallion and the President's Medallion. My goal is to be a neuroscientist.

Experience

I have been tutoring for nearly 3 years now. I got started tutoring because I wanted a "stress-reliever" from my main job - I have been an autism behavior tech for 5 years, although I recently left that field to pursue my neuro career.

Approach

I learned a lot as a behavior technician. Much of my career has centered around how children learn - I have taken several courses to that effect. In my tutoring sessions, I apply those skills to best help my students, focusing on their strengths and mode of learning.
