One passion people quickly learn about me is that I LOVE skateboarding. Any time I have a chance, you will find me playing or studying the sport. I am the youngest of four. I enjoy singing and dancing, but I'm learning more everyday.

About Me

I received my Bachelor's in Chemisty with a concentration in biochemistry at houston">the houston">University of Houston-Downtown. I was on the Dean's list for 2 years in a row. I'm currently planning on going back to school before I apply for Medical school.

Experience

As a member of houston">University of Houston-Downtown's scholar academy, I tutored students in chemistry and biochemistry. I have tutoring experience from elementary school through the university level.

Approach

I didn't understand what it truly meant to learn a subject until my freshman year in college. From then on, I had a passion in teaching what I have learned. I knew I understood the subject when I could effectively communicate the material to anyone in a simple manner. As a tutor, I attempt to bring this attitude to all of my sessions.
