Fun Facts

I love to travel to far flung countries whenever I get the chance. I have already lived in Pakistan, Turkey, Kenya, South Korea, and Bali (Indonesia). I enjoy learning about new cultures and trying to speak different languages. I know just enough French and Spanish to survive in France and Spain, which are on my bucket list of countries to visit. Other than that, I love to do yoga, handstands, and designing websites.

About Me

I am a senior at Minerva Schools at KGI, a highly selective college with 1.2% acceptance rate. I study AI and Machine Learning with a minor in Psychology. I graduated high school as a valedictorian in International Baccalaureate. My ultimate goal is to work as a ML engineer in the Bay Area.

Experience

I currently tutor IB students in the UK, helping them prepare for IB exams through Internal Assessments and External Exam Prep. I am the eldest sibling of 3, and growing up I was tutoring my little brother and sister as they went through school. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others, and working with Frog Tutoring will help me continue to do that.

Approach

I believe that given the right kind of educational teaching, anyone can learn anything. I sadly grew up in an education system where girls weren't encouraged to learn math, so I always shied away from these classes. However, when I came to university, I had amazing math and CS teachers, which made me realize that this is where my passion lies. As a tutor, I want to make my students believe in themselves, and develop science of learning practices to engage with challenging material with ease.
